• Guided tours are available every evening from Tuesday to Sunday in 30-minute intervals and can be booked online or at the advance ticket sales points.
• On Monday, January 1, 2024, tours are also available.
• From December 27, 2023, to January 14, 2024, the first tour begins at 5:00 PM.
• Starting from January 16, 2024, the first tour begins at 5:30 PM due to the later onset of nightfall.

• When purchasing a regular ticket, individuals with the "B" marker on their disability ID are allowed to bring a companion for free.
• Please note: Due to the historical construction, it is not possible to access the site with mobility aids and strollers.
• Tickets are now available online at https://www.oeticket.com/artist/kufstein-lichtfestival/ and at all oeticket pre-sale locations, as well as at the TVB Kufsteinerland. Starting in mid-December, they will also be available at the Visitor Center of Kufstein Fortress.

• Visitors to the winter program 'Wonderstar' will receive a 10% discount on admission and a complimentary audio guide worth €2.00 upon presentation of a 'Kufstein Light Festival' ticket at the ticket counter.
• For those who have not yet listened to the 'Voice of the Castle,' purchasing a 'Wonderstar' ticket at the Swarovski Crystal Worlds ticket counter will provide them with a discount code for the Kufstein Light Festival (€5.00 discount, redeemable during the Light Festival period 2023/2024).
